Property Manager – This position reports to the Regional Manager and supervises all personnel at the property. This is a salaried-exempt position with commission based on occupancy. A high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree is suggested. A minimum of three years experience in residential property management or a related field is required. The position requires excellent skills in the management and motivation of people and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors. Knowledge of Yardi software is preferred.
Leasing Manager – This position reports to the Property Manager and supervises the leasing staff at the property and all personnel in the Property Manager’s absence. This is a salaried-exempt position with commission based on occupancy. A high school education or equivalent is required. A minimum of two years experience in residential leasing or a related field is required. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image. This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to close a sale. Knowledge of Yardi software is preferred.
Leasing Agent – This position reports to the Leasing Manager or Property Manager. This is a salaried non-exempt position with commission based on occupancy. A high school education or equivalent is required. A minimum of one year experience in residential leasing or a related field is required. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with people and present a positive, professional image. The position also requires good verbal skills, strong customer service, ability to close a sale and good organizational skills. Knowledge of Yardi software is preferred.
Maintenance Supervisor – This position reports to the Property Manager and supervises the entire maintenance staff. This is a salaried exempt position with commission based on occupancy. No specific level of education is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of previous property maintenance experience or other building maintenance experience is preferred.
Maintenance Technician – This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This is an hourly non-exempt position. No specific level of education is required. A minimum of one year previous property maintenance experience or other building maintenance experience is needed. Must have knowledge of maintenance including general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, appliance repair, and other general maintenance.
